Generally, two people consume &pound;60, Caesar salad (there are fish and chicken, the small fish is very fishy and covers the taste of Caesar sauce, the chicken is very dry, the black place is a bit bitter, club sandwich, the bread is dry, because the English bacon is salty, and it is thickly cut bacon, and a few pieces are overlapping together, So suddenly a piece is particularly salty, somewhere is a dry and tasteless sandwich, I do not recommend it. We also ordered cream tea, scone cake is OK, jam is a solidified version of bottled jam, so it is not recommended, but there is a dessert on the ice cream next to the blackberry cranberry Around, I want to try it, but I can&rsquo;t eat it and I don&rsquo;t order it. The service staff is very good. The BBQ chicken wings are very good.

Really busy pub with a great Sunday lunch. Dog friendly too. Large car park easy to find off the Motorway a reasonable price and the portions are large.

The food we had was fine, if typical for a Harvester, and was served promptly (in fact the mains arrived while we were still having our starters, but it was a Sunday evening and the place was pretty quiet). Our table was booked for 8.30, and the service initially was friendly and efficient. Our problem was that we didn&rsquo;t know everyone had to leave by 10pm, we hadn&rsquo;t been told and the manageress wasn&rsquo;t very polite about insisting we take our remaining drinks outside (and it was a cold evening). We should have been given at least 10 minutes notice, and in any case 10.00 seems a very early time to shut, even on a Sunday. So, the food and drinks were fine, but the way the visit ended left a bit of a sour taste, I&rsquo;m not sure we would return.

This is the second time that we have visited the Toby Carvery in Hemel Hempstead. The staff were very nice and welcoming.  The selection of meats were great but the vegetable were cold yet again.  We did mention it to the staff and were pleased that that we had pointed it out.

The staff were very welcoming, the room was lovely although the view was disappointing we were over looking the golf car park and found it noisy especially in the morning they were arriving at 6am , the hole experience was lovely I would go again but not in that room (35) ,
